Salesforce Consultant Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Consultant to strengthen our CRM Practice.
This position can be performed remotely from various locations and involves working as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions to offer solutions to client issues.

Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare and facilitate client discovery workshops to collect requirements and understand business challenges while maintaining responsibility for the completion and accuracy of work products.
* Translate business needs into compelling and detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria by collaborating closely with clients.
* Participate in build activities throughout the project, whilst keeping the client and project stakeholders updated on progress.
* Participate in QA and UAT activities.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest innovations, trends, and developments around Salesforce to provide the most cutting-edge solutions to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting or relevant industry.
* Proven experience in functional requirements gathering for at least 2 years.
* At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, or Commerce Cloud.
* Salesforce certifications are a benefit.
* Hands-on configuration experience with Salesforce formulas, process builder, flows.
* A proactive, can-do attitude and a mind designed for problem-solving.
* The ability to work in a remote team.
