Job Description:
Responsabilidades do cargo
* Supervisionar e coordenar todas as atividades de construção no local, assegurando que são concluídas de acordo com os planos, especificações e prazos.
* Gerir e liderar uma equipa de trabalhadores da construção civil, fornecendo orientação, formação e apoio.
* Assegurar o cumprimento das normas de saúde e segurança no trabalho em todas as circunstâncias.
* Identificar e resolver problemas que possam surgir durante o processo de construção.
* Comunicar eficazmente com os subempreiteiros e outras partes interessadas.
* Manter registos precisos e completos de todas as atividades do projeto.
Qualificações para o cargo
* Mínimo 9º ano
* Experiência mínima de 5 anos como encarregado de obras civis.
* Conhecimentos sólidos dos processos de construção e das normas de segurança.
* Excelentes capacidades de liderança e comunicação.
* Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e como parte de uma equipa.
* Fluência em português e conhecimentos de espanhol.
