PFirst Point Group is recruiting for a bTechnical Sales Account Manager with a presales / solution engineering / solution architecture background in relation to BSS Architectures (specifically SaaS API Integrations and configurations).
/bThis is an exciting opportunity for a technical adept Account Manager that enjoys a blend of technical discussions, baccount management (70%) /b and bnew business development (30% /b).
/ppbr/ppIt is essential that you have the technical depth to lead meaningful, consultative conversations with C-level stakeholders and the successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience working in companies providing bB2B SaaS-based software solutions /bfor Enterprise companies.
/ppbr/ppThis is b100% remote working /b and a chance chance to work with an international provider of complex software solutions to some of the world's leading companies across different industry verticals.
The key accounts that you will manage include companies based in America, meaning you must be OK working flexible hours and against bagainst American timezone.

Candidates must live in Portugal with valid rights to work.
/b /ppbr/ppbTHE OPPORTUNITY /b /pullib70% farming - /b this is a bcustomer-focused Key Account Manager position /b, you will be introduced to existing strategic accounts and be responsible for developing and expanding business within these accounts.
/lilib30% hunting - /bthis role may evolve with an increase in hunting activity as the account base matures and new opportunities are identified.
/li /ulpbr/ppYou will work with bTier-1 and Tier-2 telecom operators /b and enterprise customers across different industry verticals, managing long-term relationships, driving adoption of SaaS solutions, and identifying expansion opportunities across products, regions, and use cases.
/ppbr/ppbRESPONSIBILITIES /b /pulliOwn and manage a portfolio of bstrategic international key accounts /b, with an initial focus on baccount growth, retention, and expansion /b /liliAct as the primary commercial point of contact for customers, building trusted, long-term relationships /liliDrive bupsell and cross-sell opportunities /b across software modules, features, and services /liliManage bcomplex enterprise stakeholders /b, including technical, commercial, and executive decision-makers /liliCoordinate internally with bpre-sales, product, delivery, and support teams /b to ensure successful customer outcomes /liliLead brenewals and commercial negotiations /b, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and recurring revenue growth /liliIdentify and develop bnew business opportunities within existing customers /b, transitioning into light hunting over time /liliWork effectively across bmultiple time zones /b, including regular interaction with bUS-based customers /b /liliMaintain accurate forecasting and account planning in CRM systems /li /ulpbr/ppbEXPERIENCE /b /pulliMinimum of 10+ years of proven experience as a bKey Account Manager / Account Manager / Customer Success–led commercial role /b within: bSaaS / Telco software / OSS / BSS / network intelligence / analytics platforms /b /liliStrong background in bfarming existing enterprise accounts /b, with demonstrable growth and retention success /liliExperience managing binternational customers /b; exposure to bUS and/or APAC accounts /b is highly desirable /liliComfortable working bflexible hours /b to support customers in bAmerican time zones /b /liliExperience selling bcomplex, high-value software solutions /b with long sales cycles /liliStrong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management capability /liliAbility to operate in a bscale-up or high-growth vendor environment /b /liliSelf-motivated, structured, and comfortable working autonomously /li /ul
