Project Planning and Initiation:
* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables;
* Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets;
* Identify project stakeholders and create communication plans.
Team Management:
* Assemble and lead project teams;
* Assign tasks and responsibilities;
* Monitor and manage team performance and resolve conflicts as necessary.
Risk Management:
* Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies;
* Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Execution:
* Ensure projects are executed according to the project plan;
* Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary;
* Coordinate project resources and activities.
Quality Assurance:
* Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards;
* Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues promptly.
Client Communication:
* Maintain open and transparent communication with clients;
* Provide regular project updates and address client concerns.
Budget and Cost Control:
* Manage project budgets and expenses;
* Ensure projects are delivered within budget.
Project Documentation:
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation;
* Generate project reports for stakeholders and management.
Perfil ideal
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
* Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably within a PMO environment, with a successful track record of project delivery;
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, or other relevant domains;
* Proficiency in project management software and tools;
* Prince2 or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification;
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
* Experience in working in diverse and multicultural teams and global matrix organizations;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
* Availability for travelling;
* Good English level (spoken and written).
