We are seeking a highly skilled and professional individual to fill the role of Sales Associate in our boutique. As an Ambassador of the Maison, this person will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless client experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
* Assist clients with various tasks during a sale, including gift wrapping and managing the BOH Area.
* Coordinate between Sales Associates, Admin, and Management teams to ensure efficient operations.
* Accompany clients to the door upon departure and assist with Care Service duties such as repairs and registrations.
* Participate in daily boutique operations, including respecting group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines.
* Responsible for maintaining the overall boutique environment, including music, olfactory atmosphere, windows, and counters.
* Ensure an exceptional client experience by warmly greeting and seating clients, offering refreshments and reading materials, and proactively managing the waiting area.

Requirements
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Portuguese; any other language is a plus.
* Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.
* Proactive and able to identify customer needs and potential issues.
* Collaborative spirit and willingness to support team goals.
* Passion for customer engagement, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible with working hours.
* Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
