Job Purpose: Implements channel-specific trade marketing strategies and plans for assigned customers to drive sales and ensure brand growth within the category.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive and facilitate the effective implementation of trade marketing plans to increase sales and product growth within the category;
* Analyze product sell-through results by segment and recommend strategies to increase sales;
* Identify and develop Point of Sale tools to enhance brand presence, market share, and customer satisfaction;
* Collaborate with commercial teams to align trade marketing strategies with sales targets and plan trade marketing initiatives;
* Monitor trade marketing activities to evaluate effectiveness and execution of targets;
* Support and organize trade fairs, promotions, events, and roadshows;
* Assist in preparing and negotiating proposals for contracts.
Role Requirements:
* Degree in Marketing, Management, or equivalent;
* 1 year of experience in a similar role;
* Strong business acumen and good communication skills;
* Good analytical skills, positive attitude, and high learning agility;
* Proficient in Office applications: Excel and PowerPoint;
* Team player capable of working with colleagues at all levels;
* Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
