As a facilitator of agile methodologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving project delivery and ensuring timely results.
* Facilitate key ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure smooth project progression.
* Lead the delivery of IT-focused projects with high quality and stakeholder satisfaction as top priorities.
* Act as the primary point of coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders, removing obstacles and supporting team members in achieving sprint objectives.
* Monitor project progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps and provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders.
* Promote agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
* Proven experience in an agile facilitation role within IT projects, with a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
* Experience leading distributed teams in a remote environment, with excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Hands-on experience with agile project tools, fluency in English, and eligibility to work remotely from Portugal.
