Overview
CRM Solution Architect & Delivery Manager role at Avanade. Avanade combines Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise with innovative delivery to design and implement CRM solutions for clients.
Responsibilities
* Lead projects requiring significant coordination, using your own methodologies.
* Act as a technical and/or functional leader for D365 Customer Engagement.
* Hands-on experience deploying Microsoft Power Platform solutions for customers across industries.
* Review the team’s work across all project phases (Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, Test).
* Design conceptual architecture and functional/technical solutions for large, complex projects.
* Deliver at least five full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM.
* Manage/lead teams onshore and offshore as required.
Qualifications
* Experience leading significant projects with cross-functional teams.
* Proven background with D365 Customer Engagement as a technical and/or functional leader.
* Hands-on deployment experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
* Track record of multiple Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementations.
* Experience managing/leading teams on and offshore.

* Establish global CRM architecture by integrating solutions across functional lines.
* Support the sales team in crafting deals with accountability for overall estimates.
* Recommend the right CRM software and solutions for clients’ needs.
* Guide project teams, track achievements, coordinate actions, seek expert advice, and contribute to meetings and reports.
* Define how to measure business and operations success and validate CRM system performance.
* Support clients on CRM standards and train users by defining roles/responsibilities.
