We are currently expanding our Lisbon team and looking for a n IT Recruiterwho is passionate about technology, innovation, and delivering high-quality hiring solutions.The Role
As an IT Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while working with international clients and highly competitive tech talent markets.Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (from briefing to offer stage)
Working in demanding IT positions for top clients in the Iberian market
Source and attract IT talent (Software, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, etc.)
Leverage ATS platforms and AI-driven recruitment tools
Apply advanced sourcing methodologies (Boolean search, market mapping, talent pipelines)
Build and maintain a strong candidate network in tech
Continuously improve recruitment processes using data and technologyRequirements
Native Portuguese (mandatory)
High level of English
Spanish (minimum basic level, intermediate level, desired)
At least2-3 years of experience in IT recruitmentStrong knowledge of:
Recruitment methodologies and sourcing strategies
ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever)
AI tools applied to recruitmentWhat We're Looking For
