Job Overview
The primary objective of this role is to serve as the initial point of contact for customers experiencing issues with electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Servicing customers via various channels including phone and digital platforms.
This position involves working in a fast-paced environment where prompt issue resolution is paramount. The ability to think critically, remain composed under pressure, and effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences will be crucial attributes for success in this capacity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum 1 year experience in technical support environment preferably within eMobility industry;
Knowledge of EV technology along with proficiency in utilizing software applications used by our company such as Salesforce.com etc...
