Customer Delivery Lead
We're seeking a skilled professional to oversee the delivery of our satellite-powered monitoring solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and satisfactory delivery of our products and services to clients.
* Manage post-sale delivery processes to guarantee client satisfaction and minimize delays.
* Develop and implement effective workflows and timelines based on contract terms.
* Collaborate with geospatial, engineering, and product teams to deliver projects efficiently.
* Guide clients through onboarding processes, from setup to data interpretation.
* Oversight of satellite data procurement, processing, quality assurance, and uploads.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner.

* Experience in delivery, implementation, or project execution in B2B SaaS, analytics, or technical services is essential.
* You must possess excellent stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
* A high level of organization, proactivity, and ownership is required to excel in this role.
* Familiarity with data, product, and engineering teams is highly desirable.
