Account Manager Role

Our focus is on offering a friendly and quality lodging service to our beloved guests.


About the Job

This role involves singularly managing various properties and clients, communicating daily with clients, partners, and suppliers by email, phone calls, WhatsApp, etc. You will host meetings with clients, create and analyze revenue reports to evaluate the performance of the properties under your management, regularly visit properties inspecting for damage/inefficiencies and coordinate necessary maintenance, cross and upsell services or equipment, gather quotes from external suppliers, control expenses and coordinate a monthly P&L with team members.


Requirements

* Have a degree, preferably in a subject you enjoyed
* Have experience in a job role where you dealt with clients, either in a sales or account management position
* Mandatory languages: Portuguese (fluent/proficient), English (fluent/proficient). Proficiency in French is desirable
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to develop & maintain strong relationships with clients & suppliers
* Able to prioritize tasks
* Self-motivated with no problem being self-accountable and reliable to working alone, used to working towards targets and commissions
* Client-oriented with inter-disciplinary and inter-department capabilities
* Flexibility to work in the office or travel to a property as needs arise
* Problem-solving mindset, strategical thinking, and research skills
* Enthusiastic, energetic & a 'go-getter' who is passionate about the role
