About Our Procurement Role
The Lisbon Street Kitchen Group is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to spearhead our supply chain operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
This critical role involves managing vendor relationships, overseeing inventory levels, and developing procurement strategies that support the operational needs of all our restaurants within the group.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving cost savings while maintaining quality standards, evaluating market trends to secure competitive pricing, and fostering strong supplier partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Procurement Strategy Development:
o Design and implement procurement policies and strategies aligned with business objectives.
o Identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality improvement.
o Evaluate market trends to ensure access to high-quality products at competitive prices.
* Vendor Relationship Management:
o Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with suppliers.
o Source reliable vendors for food, beverages, equipment, and other operational needs.
o Regularly evaluate supplier performance to ensure adherence to quality and delivery standards.
* Inventory Management:
o Monitor stock levels and coordinate with restaurant managers to determine purchasing needs.
o Oversee inventory systems to ensure accurate tracking and minimize waste.
o Ensure timely delivery of goods to maintain operational efficiency.
* Cost Control and Analysis:
o Analyze and manage procurement budgets to align with financial goals.
o Identify and address cost inefficiencies in the supply chain.

* Compliance and Quality Assurance:
