Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced PHP developer to join our team. As a senior developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using PHP as a programming language.
Your primary focus will be on working with the Laravel framework, understanding its architecture and concepts, and leveraging it to create robust and scalable applications. Additionally, you will need to have experience with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as relational databases, especially MySQL.
You will also work closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration of APIs and third-party integrations. A strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git, is essential for this role. Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with cloud platforms, like AWS, are also highly desirable.
Furthermore, fluency in English (B2/C1 Level) is required, and availability to work remotely from Portugal is necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years of professional experience in software development, using PHP as a programming language.
* Strong expertise using Laravel framework.
* Understanding of MVC architecture and concepts.
* Experience with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Experience using relational databases, especially MySQL.
* Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
* Expertise using version control systems, particularly Git.
* Familiarity working in an Agile environment.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms, like AWS, is a nice to have.
* Fluency in English (B2/C1 Level).
* Availability to work remotely, based in Portugal.
