/pp We#39;re hiring: /pp Project Manager – Hybrid (Lisbon/Porto) /pp What we are looking for /pp Job Description: /pp We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with deep subject matter expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance Administration (IGA).
The successful candidate will lead a global, cross functional initiative to onboard previously unmanaged applications to our IGA platform and to implement robust access reconciliation processes.
The role demands strong stakeholder management, escalation handling, and regular reporting to direct senior leadership.
/pp Main Tasks: /pulli Define and execute the end to end project plan for onboarding new applications to the IGA tool /lili Define, monitor and escalate/report on progress status of the overall reconciliation compliance for Client /lili Ensure all deliverables (scope, schedule, quality, budget) are met on time and within agreed constraints /lili Follow up with stakeholders from Client organization to ensure automation of reconciliation as per defined schedule /lili Provide technical guidance on IAM concepts (application onboarding, entitlement models (eg: RBAC), provisioning, reconciliation, recertification, segregation of duties) /lili Ensure project scope implementation is in line with the Group and Client baselines /lili Build and maintain relationships with business owners, application teams, security/compliance groups, etc.
/lili Conduct regular steering committee meetings, status updates, and risk/issue reviews /lili Identify, log, and triage issues; lead root cause analysis and coordinate resolution across functional teams /lili Escalate critical blockers to senior leadership with recommended mitigation actions /lili Define, maintain, and produce periodic progress dashboards, risk registers, and KPI reports (e.g., % of applications onboarded, reconciliation coverage, exception rates) /lili Act as a liaison between the Global Service Lead and regional IAM teams to ensure alignment throughout the duration of the project – conduct periodic governance follow ups with onshore and offshore teams /li /ulp Technical Skills: /pulli10+ years of experience leading large scale, global IT projects (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred) /lili Proven track record delivering IAM/IGA initiatives on time and within budget /lili5+ years of hands on experience with IAM/IGA solutions (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM Security Identity Governance, Oracle Identity Governance) /lili Deep understanding of application onboarding, access reconciliation, entitlement certification, role mining, and segregation of duties /lili Experience with reporting/visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) for KPI dashboards /lili PowerBI /li /ulp Language Skills: /pp• English – Mastery /pp Soft Skills: /pulli Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; ability to convey complex technical concepts to non technical audiences /lili Experience influencing senior business and security leaders across multiple time zones /lili Strong analytical mindset: ability to translate business requirements into IAM design and evaluate relevant metrics at all levels of reporting /lili Demonstrated experience handling high impact escalations and reporting to executive committees /li /ulp What we offer: /pulli A personalized onboarding experience that welcomes and supports you throughout your journey.
