We are now looking to recruit a Finance Controller for Competitiveness & Business Transformation to onboard our GBS in Lisbon.
Team Description & Context
The role of Airbus Finance Commercial Aircraft & Performance Management (MFD) is to manage central controlling and financial planning activities, as well as to analyze, understand and provide information on the consolidated picture of the Airbus Commercial business and financial developments.
The position belongs to the Competitiveness & Business Transformation Controlling (MFDT), a team of 13 People. The position is a great opportunity to be accountable for a wide scope of Airbus Commercial covering all Programmes & Functions aspects.
Responsibilities - your mission
The jobholder will be responsible for a wide range of activities and perimeters, mainly split into two different axes.
-Performance Management & General Secretary (MS), Aviation Safety (W) and LEAD (MA) functions Controlling:
* OP, Forecast and budgeting for the Functions
* Report deviations against target, find and execute relevant mitigation actions
* Interaction with international finance teams (Singapore, Dubai, Japan, India,...)
* Business partnering with the Safety, LEAD And Performance Management teams
* Ensure proper financial management (validation of POs, compliance, SLAs, Invoicing...)
-Competitiveness:
* Creation and maintenance of monthly dashboards recording Consulting costs.
* Ad-hoc on demand reports and analyses.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
* Excellent knowledge of Finance Processes, Systems and associated tools (SAC, IFRP, FACTS, ICPT, Click and buy…)
* To anticipate difficulties of coming challenges, forecast submissions & feedbacks via Actuals and operational indicators reviews
* Stakeholders management skills (business, HR and finance)
* Autonomy, enthusiasm and a continuous improvement spirit
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to create a storyline that gives meaning to complex facts and figures,from operational working level, up to top management
* Excellent communication skills to deliver key messages to top management and to animate different large networks
* Strong business acumen
* Ability to develop and foster strong working relationships with business as well as wide and efficient network within Finance
* Business partnering mindset ((i.e. developing a trustful relationship, building empathy and focusing on added value)
* Ability to steer people and activities transversally
* English negotiation level, knowledge of French / German / Spanish would be a plus
