Qualifications:
* Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
* Available for weekly rotating shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.; occasional overtime may be required.
* Strong knowledge of ITIL, particularly in incident, change, and service level management.
* Experience managing SLAs and KPIs in IT service environments.
* Skilled in process improvement and continuous service optimization.
* Proficient with tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Cherwell.
* Solid experience in incident and problem management, including root cause analysis.
* Effective communicator with technical teams, leadership, and vendors.
* Clear and accurate documentation skills.
* Experience managing external IT service providers.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
