Your Responsibilities:
?? Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, clarity and empathy;
?? Provide complete support and build long-lasting customer loyalty;
?? Manage each interaction autonomously, without the need to transfer calls;
?? Advise customers on the services, options and solutions that best fit their needs.
Your Profile:
??? Native or fluent French speaker;
?? Strong English skills (training + tools are in English);
?? ?? Previous experience in a contact center environment;
?? Excellent communication and customer-oriented mindset;
?? Solid problem-solving and autonomy in managing customer requests.
