Manage configuration and change processes effectively. What you need to be successful: 7+ years in complex E2E technology projects (Telco Core, Cloud, Data Centers). Expertise in IP Networking Protocols (OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, LDP, L2VPN, L3VPN, BFD). Proficiency in Switching protocols (VLAN, STP, RSTP, MSTP, VRRP, HSRP). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, self-directed, and create order in unstructured environments. Fluent in English.
