We are now looking for a First-line IT Support willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.
*For this position you need to have residency in Portugal (Lisbon) .
Are you the one?
* 2–3 years of experience in support and infrastructure/systems management
* Solid knowledge of Operating Systems:
Windows Server, Linux, and AIX
* Experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
* Proficiency in scripting (Shell, Bash, PowerShell, Azure CLI)
* Experience in incident management and maintaining critical/high-availability environments
* Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English
* Degree in Computer Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's)
