We are seeking a Remote Business Development Partner who is
motivated by meaningful work, genuine human connection, and the
opportunity to build a flexible, self-directed professional path. If

Who You Are

You bring maturity, curiosity, and the ability to engage with
people in a grounded and thoughtful way. You have likely taken on
responsibility in past roles – whether in leadership, business
ownership, client-facing work, or project management – and are now
seeking more flexibility and alignment in your professional life.

You communicate clearly, listen well, and value depth over
superficial interaction. You are comfortable taking initiative,
adapting to new systems, and building genuine relationships. You’re
motivated by continuous learning and view feedback and challenges as
opportunities for development.

You may be at a point where you’re ready for your next
professional step – one that offers more autonomy, meaning, and
room to grow.


Tasks

What You Will Do

* Conduct professional, meaningful conversations with
prospective clients
* Proactively prospect and identify new potential clients
* Support individuals in clarifying their goals and determining
whether our programs are a good fit
* Build and maintain authentic, long-term client relationships
* Guide decision-making processes with clarity, neutrality, and
respect
* Use CRM tools to manage client pathways, follow-ups, and
activity
* Work remotely with flexible hours (minimum 10–15 hours per
week), suitable alongside other commitments


Requirements

Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in leadership, business
development, coaching, or self-employment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and maintain consistent
activity
* Comfort with prospecting, outreach, and building new client
relationships
* Excellent English skills
* Interest in personal and professional development
* Ability to communicate in a grounded, human way
* Alignment with a team culture that values self-awareness and
authenticity
