Head of Product Management (m/f/d)
Join Körber Pharma as the Head of Product Management. Lead the strategic direction, develop and execute our product portfolio, including MES systems, ensuring regulatory compliance (GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11).
Responsibilities
* Define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals and market needs.
* Identify emerging trends in pharma manufacturing and digital transformation to inform product innovation.
* Lead and mentor a team of product managers and analysts, ensuring they develop to their full potential.
* Resolve problems and challenges escalated by your teams and foster a culture of customer‑centricity, innovation and continuous improvement.
* Engage with customers, industry experts and internal stakeholders to gather insights and validate product direction.
* Analyze competitive landscape and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
* Collaborate with engineering, QA, design and regulatory teams to deliver high‑quality, compliant software solutions.
* Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to sunset, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Act as the voice of the product in executive meetings, customer engagements and industry events.
* Ensure clear communication of product priorities, progress and outcomes across the organization.
Qualifications
* 8+ years in product management, ideally in MES or enterprise software for regulated industries.
* Deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
* Strong leadership and team‑building skills.
* Excellent communication, strategic thinking and decision‑making abilities; fluency in English.
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha, Confluence).
* Familiarity with ISA‑95, GAMP 5 and other industry standards.
* Experience working with cloud‑based MES platforms and integration with ERP/LIMS systems.
* Ability to work in a multicultural, geographically distributed, matrixed environment.
