SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER

What you will do
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Take ownership of complex software projects from conception to deployment and manage software delivery scope, risk, and timeline.
Contribute to both front-end and back-end development using cloud technology.
Develop innovative solutions using the latest technologies.
Define and implement robust software architectures on the cloud, with AWS preferred.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency to standard processes.
Create and maintain documentation on software architecture, design, deployment, disaster recovery, and operations.
Identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements.
Work closely with product team, business team, and other partners.
What we expect of you
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum +3 years of software development experience.
Cloud Computing certificate preferred.
Fluency in English.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must-Have Skills
Strong rapid prototyping skills and the ability to translate concepts into working code quickly.
Hands-on experience with various cloud services and a solid grasp of well-architected cloud design principles.
Full-stack software development proficiency; programming languages Python (preferred), JavaScript, and SQL/NoSQL.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with API integration, serverless, and microservices architecture.
Experience in SQL/NoSQL databases and vector databases for large language models.
Experience with popular large language models and frameworks such as LangChain or llamaIndex.
Experience with prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and the deployment of language models.
Experience with web site development and content localization for different cultures and languages.
Experience with DevOps CI/CD pipelines and automation.
Knowledge of design patterns, data structures, test-driven development, and sentiment analysis techniques.
