IT Internal Auditor – PortoJoin our Internal Audit team in Porto as an IT Internal Auditor.
The Internal Audit team supports Euronext in achieving its objectives by providing independent, objective assurance and advisory services to help management evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes.
ResponsibilitiesContribute to the delivery of the internal audit plan for the IT scope.
Conduct reviews of various IT systems and business processes to ensure compliance with group policies, laws, regulations and international standards of good practice.
Develop and execute IT audit programmes and testing procedures in conjunction with the IT Audit Manager and Chief Audit Executive, following a risk-based approach.
Identify discrepancies and provide recommendations for risk reduction and process improvements.
Prepare formal audit reports for distribution to management and the Audit Committee.
Contribute to Internal Audit's recommendation follow-up process and liaise with management on progress in implementing improvement and development items.
Support the annual risk assessment and planning process of IT Internal Audit.
Ensure that audit activities follow applicable standards and are documented in line with the organisation's internal audit tool.
Contribute to Internal Audit's reporting and communication activities to relevant stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement efforts within the internal audit team and participate in ad-hoc projects to enhance team capabilities.
QualificationsMaster's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, cyber security, information security, information technology or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT and/or information security.
Understanding of IT systems, including networks, databases, operating systems and application controls.
Understanding of IT governance, IT risk and internal control management and assessment processes.
Knowledge of relevant standards including COBIT, NIST, ITIL and ISO ***** & *****.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Autonomous, rigorous and possessing excellent analytical skills.
Accountable, proactive with a high level of integrity.
Collaborative, open and pragmatic.
Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing, including interviewing skills.
Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to multi-task on various projects and initiatives.
PreferredExperience with a Big Four firm.
Understanding of cyber security frameworks.
CISA, CISSP or related certification.
