This is a strategic succession role, taking over the responsibilities of a key expert retiring from the Topdanmark/IF profile.Key Responsibilities Release Management:Manage and optimize source control systems, ensuring seamless code transitions. System Migration:Actively participate in the decommissioning of Serena Dimensions and the rollout of TEXO. Development & Maintenance:Maintain and enhance ISPF panels and skeletons, JCL, and Rexx scripts. Data Governance:Execute test data masking and manage data archiving/optimization using OPTIM. Collaboration:Work closely with the release management team to ensure high availability and system integrity.Technical Requirements To succeed in this role, you must be a \"Mainframe Native\" with a deep understanding ofz/OSenvironments.Must-have Skills: Languages & Scripts:Advanced Rexx, JCL, and PL/1. Environment:Expert-level knowledge of ISPF Panels and ISPF Skeletons. Database:Solid experience with Db2 and SQL. Unix:Familiarity with z/OS Unix System Services (USS). Release Tools:Proven experience in Release Management and Source Control (Experience with Serena Dimensions or TEXO is a huge plus).Preferred Skills: Knowledge ofOPTIMfor data management. Experience inTest Data Maskingstrategies.
