Our Lisbon office supports regional and global digital initiatives that enable key business capabilities and value streams.What you will doDesign, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions—including customization, configuration, and integration with third‐party applications—aligned with business needs.Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into technical designs and optimal platform performance.Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.Perform Salesforce administrative tasks, including user management, security settings, and data migrations.Leverage Salesforce APIs and integration tools to connect Salesforce with external systems and applications.Extend and optimize data models, ensuring data integrity and quality within Salesforce.Create and maintain documentation related to Salesforce development and configurations.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and best practices, recommending incorporation of new features into existing applications.Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers in the team.Platform Operations & Support ResponsibilitiesAct as a primary point of contact for Platform Operations activities within the PSP environment.Monitor, triage, and resolve support tickets in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Prioritize incidents, service requests, and defects based on business impact and urgency.Perform root cause analysis for recurring or critical issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.Collaborate with cross‐functional teams—Business, QA, Architecture, Infrastructure—to ensure end‐to‐end resolution of platform‐related issues.Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes, including ticket management workflows, monitoring, and documentation.Support release validation, production deployments, and post‐release monitoring activities as part of the DevOps operating model.Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding ticket status, risks, and resolution timelines.Technical SkillsProven experience customizing and configuring Salesforce (custom objects, workflows, process builder, Lightning components, Apex triggers).Proficiency in developing Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.In‐depth understanding of the Lightning framework and Lightning App Builder.Ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, REST, SOAP, or other methods.Strong data management skills: modelling, quality assessment, migration, cleansing.Problem‐Solving & Process AutomationAnalytical mindset for identifying root causes and developing effective solutions.Proficiency in designing and implementing process automation using Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.Required Qualifications, Skills & AbilitiesBachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.Minimum 4‐5 years of hands‐on experience as a Salesforce Developer (Sales, Service, Health or Marketing Cloud).Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization using declarative tools.In‐depth knowledge of Salesforce data management and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.).Familiarity with AppExchange and managed packages.Excellent problem‐solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders.Salesforce certifications (Developer I/II or Administrator) are highly desirable.Nice to HaveSalesforce certifications.Experience with integration tools like MuleSoft or Boomi.Exposure to DevOps tools or deployment processes.Experience in larger Salesforce environments.Location:Lisbon (Hybrid 2–3 days onsite)Employment:Full‐time / ContractEQUAL OPPORTUNITY STATEMENTAMGEN is an Equal Opportunity employer and will consider you without regard to your race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
