We are looking for a Senior Quality Tester to work in a project in Lisbon area.What are we looking for?
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies (mandatory);
Proficiency in using testing tools such as JIRA, Xray, TestRail, or similar;
Passionate about Quality and obsessed with Digital Experiences;
Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Collaborative "nosilos" approach to addressing issues based on continuous open communication;
Critical mindset, continuously challenging the status quo and asking insightful "why" questions to drive innovation and improvement;
Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
Detail-orientedwith a strong focus on quality;
A disciplined approach to test execution;
Experienced in using modern Agile Quality Assurance methodologies;
Minimum 4yearsof experience in quality testing, preferably in an engineering or technology-focused company;
Certification in quality assurance or testing (e.G., ISTQB) is valued;
Curiosityand aboundless willingness to learn about new technologies, especially in AI;
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in software quality assurance is a plus;
Expertisein Financial and HR systems is considered a valuable asset.
