Purpose:
* You will assist the Continuous Improvement & Innovation Manager in driving transformation and innovation within the organization. This role focuses on executing continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
* People Management Support:
* Understand the department's vision and strategy, and assist in assigning tasks to team members based on business requirements.
* Ensure efficient coordination and execution of team activities in line with team objectives.
* Methods & Tools Implementation:
* Assist in developing and maintaining the Continuous Improvement Framework (methodologies and tools) and collaborate with other Continuous Improvement teams to ensure consistency and synergies at the group level.
* Apply pragmatic and incremental approaches to enable continuous improvement.
* Lead transversal continuous Improvement taskforces and initiative upon Manager allocation.
* Stakeholder Interface:
* Support the Excellence Committees of the department, stakeholder meetings, and communication plans.
* Continuous Improvement Execution:
* Lead the continuous improvement portfolio of allocated functional scopes.
* Assist manager in coordinating the Continuous Improvement team of various scope to: prepare team progress meeting, support with escalation, framing and follow-up of ad hoc taskforces.
* Maintain the Continuous Improvement Framework.
* Support scope and priorities review with management and organization, and monitor execution with functional leads.
* Performance Reporting:
* Coordinate first-level performance monitoring and reporting for the Excellence Committees and department-level reporting.
Requirements:
* Bachelor or MS in IS, Supply Chain, or Finance.
Experience:
* 10+ years of experience in similar position on process improvement / innovation position.
* Knowledge:
