Chief Operating Officer

Main Responsibilities:

o Direct and control all day-to-day activities, including Operations, HR, IT, and core business functions.
o Design, implement, and monitor procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
o Identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance and organizational stability.
* Strategic Planning & Execution:
o Translate long-term vision into clear operational plans and departmental targets.
o Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators, reporting insights to stakeholders.
o Lead initiatives to build necessary infrastructure and technology for sustainable growth.
* Financial & Resource Stewardship:
o Collaborate with finance leaders to manage operating expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
o Manage resources effectively to support strategic projects and operations.
* Talent & Culture Development:
o Mentor department heads and senior leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and development.

Key Qualifications:
Experience & Executive Skills:
* 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
* Operational Expertise: Proven ability to scale operations, drive efficiency, and manage complex cross-departmental functions.
