We are seeking a skilled Dynatrace Engineer to support our clients in achieving optimal IT service management.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynatrace setup and configuration, including OneAgents, ActiveGate, service, and infrastructure monitoring. They will also be responsible for configuring dashboards, alerts, and metrics to ensure continuous observability.
Additionally, the Dynatrace Engineer will conduct troubleshooting and performance analysis, identifying root causes and recommending improvements. They will optimize monitoring configurations and ensure adherence to best practices, collaborating with internal teams to ensure comprehensive end-to-end visibility.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Perform setup and configuration of Dynatrace (OneAgents, ActiveGate, service and infrastructure monitoring).
* Configure dashboards, alerts, and metrics to support continuous observability.
* Conduct troubleshooting and performance analysis, identifying root causes and recommending improvements.
