The Role
We are seeking a Tech Talent to work as a Business Analyst (DPP) for an international project.
* Collect, analyze, and challenge business needs through workshops with the Product Owner and AI Product Manager.
* Assist in solution implementation during the build phase, explaining API usage and user onboarding.
* In the operational phase, monitor TAS usage activity, track production incidents, attend monthly committees, publish metrics, and suggest new key performance indicators.
* Write requirements and user stories.
* Participate in Transversal Analytic Solutions design.
* Contribute to platform functional solution definition.
* Collaborate closely with IT teams, data-science team, and project manager to ensure understanding of needs and their IT implementations.
* Contribute to tests (strategy, test cases, campaigns, anomaly analysis).
* Draft operating procedures and user guides.
* Actively participate in agile rituals (sprint planning, grooming, sprint review, daily meeting).
Requirements
* Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong teamwork abilities.
* Agile experience.
* Understanding of IT concepts (API, Authentication, Workflow).
* Able to translate business needs into IT requirements.
* Banking/insurance experience is advantageous.
* Proven analytical and organizational skills.
* Fluency in English and French.
