We are looking for an Transversal Project Manager
Responsabilities:
Create centralized "Cybersecurity services" within group from Ideation up to Go live as per the existing Third-Party Risk Management process, governance and methodology
Work with Cybersecurity SMEs + Intra-group Provider to frame the services scope, deliverables, delivery process, etc...
Work with Functions' SMEs (Tax, Legal, Compliance, Data, ...) to identify the main risks related to providing a given activity from a given territory
Mitigate the risks by defining, following and executing actions to meet SMEs conditions (as defined in the corresponding Risk Assessment)
Contribute to the deployment of the CDF Xshore program in Portugal, India and Poland è Support the current project manager on CDF initiatives (i.E.
sub-projects) from Ideation up to Go live as per defined Third-Party Risk Management process, governance and methodology
Provide operational support to CDF teams in their implementation of the extended team in Portugal, India and Poland, organize change management for onshore teams
Work with SMEs (Tax, Legal, Compliance, Data, ...) to identify the main risks
Mitigate the risks by defining, following and executing actions to meet SMEs conditions (as defined in the risk assessment of the Xshore program)
Elaborate the contract (SLA, billing process) between CDF Department and each location concerned, and supervise the contracting
Report at IT Group CDF level (monthly steering committee) and at IT Group Central level (ex:
to Sourcing teams with project card, risks...).
Requirements:
Project management
Risk Knowledge & outsourcing awareness
General knowledge on IT topics, or IT Risk and Cyber Security
Knowledge of data protection regulatory landscape, internal policies and standards
Knowledge of major frameworks, issues and developments regarding Law and Regulation.
Ability to Synthesize/Simplify.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Rigor, attention to detail and ability to act as critical thinker.
Proactive, act as a critical thinker (Proficient)
Ability to explain and manage the Change
Ability to understand defined Governance and Methodology, to elaborate transversal process.
Fluency in English.
