As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Take The Wind, you’ll help promote Body Interact, a pioneer simulation platform that’s transforming how healthcare students and professionals build critical clinical skills through immersive, lifelike virtual patient simulations. Trusted by hundreds of educational institutions in over 50 countries, Body Interact is revolutionizing the way healthcare education is delivered across the globe.
We’re now looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who’s excited to make a real impact and help take our mission even further. If you're a creative, results-oriented marketer with solid experience in digital campaigns and a passion for meaningful work, this is your chance to help scale a product that’s shaping the future of learning.
What You’ll Do
As our new Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll take the lead in building awareness, generating leads, and bringing our story to life across multiple digital channels. You’ll be part of a passionate team, working on meaningful projects that truly make a difference.
Your Responsibilities
• Manage HubSpot CRM (Marketing and Sales Hub)
• Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals
• Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising
• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
• Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
• Optimize landing pages and user funnels to improve lead generation and conversion rate
• Support the creation and repurposing of content (e.g., blog posts, newsletters, case studies, webinars) to attract and engage our target audience
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone creative, analytical, and proactive. You’re not just keeping up with digital marketing trends. You’re using them to spark results.
Your Profile
• Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field
• Strong ability to manage HubSpot CRM (Marketing and Sales Hub) - highly valued
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
• Proficient in marketing automation tools
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail
• Proficiency in English (mandatory). Spanish is a plus.
