Job Title: Group FP&A Business Analyst
The purpose of this role is to support the Group financial planning and reporting. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining advanced Excel-based reporting templates and financial models to support the entire FP&A reporting cycle.
* Ensuring data integrity by performing controls and reconciliations across multiple Group Systems, delivering accurate and reliable financial information to key stakeholders, including the Sodexo Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
* Conducting insightful financial and business performance analysis, responding to ad-hoc requests, and contributing to key department deliverables throughout the reporting cycle.
* Providing support and guidance to the organization (Regions, Countries, Clusters, Functions) on financial, technical, and process-related inquiries related to financial reporting.
* Supporting system enhancements by designing, testing, and implementing improvements in collaboration with Group Controlling and the Group finance community.
* Supporting the implementation and updates of Group performance indicators and reporting requirements, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A solid educational background (Master's degree) in Finance, Analytics, and Data Reporting.
* Three years' experience, preferably in FP&A.
* Strong interest in financial systems, reporting, and modeling, including creating complex reports, reconciliations, new reporting models, and automation.
* Proficiency in financial statement analysis and interpretation.
* Ability to sustain high accuracy and attention to detail with problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Advanced skills in Excel, with experience in Essbase, HFM, Tagetik, and Power BI preferred.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to drive initiatives and collaborate across teams.
* Rigor, reliability, and consistency in your work.
* Highly self-motivated, with strong time management skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities, manage ad-hoc requests, and tackle complex challenges under tight deadlines.
* Ability to work diligently and effectively with all levels within the organization.
* Clear and concise communication skills in a highly multicultural environment.
* Proactive, resourceful, and a critical thinker, with humble confidence to ask questions when needed.
* Fluency in English required.
