We are looking for an experienced lawyer to support a global harmonization project for Siemens' sales terms and conditions. You will collaborate with various departments such as tax, insurance, finance, and IT to develop innovative training materials and automate sales terms and conditions. Strong knowledge of international contract law, commercial and IT law is required. Excellent drafting skills in German and English, as well as curiosity about legal tech and IT, are advantageous. This role will be closely associated with the development of the projects.
What role will you play?
1. You will manage a global harmonization project for Siemens' sales terms and conditions.
2. You will draft terms and conditions focusing on Legal Design—structured, easy to read, and clear language—requiring a good understanding of international contract law.
3. You will collaborate across regions and functions such as tax, insurance, finance, and IT.
4. You will develop and update innovative training materials and playbooks for global sales terms and conditions.
5. You will work with IT and business teams to automate Siemens' sales terms and conditions.
6. You will support the rollout and updates of Siemens' sales terms and conditions across regions.

1. Have successfully completed admission to the Lawyers' bar or hold a comparable international qualification.
2. Have at least two years of professional experience as a legal advisor in an international law firm or legal department.
3. Possess profound expertise in international contract law, commercial, and IT law. Knowledge of common law is a plus.
4. Have international experience (advantageous).
5. Have excellent drafting skills in German and English.
6. Have strong analytical skills, good business sense, and a results-oriented approach.
7. Have excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and countries.
8. Are curious about legal tech and IT.
