Our client is a world-leading business services consultancy. They have an immediate and urgent contract role for an experienced ABAP Developer to start immediately. The successful candidate will be fluent in English & Portuguese. They will also be able to work on a hybrid basis, attending client sites 2 days per week. The client sites are – the successful candidate can choose which site and which days.
Start date: Immediately / ASAP
Duration: 12 months+
Daily rate: EUR300
Responsibilities
* Develop SAP SD, FI and MM solutions to meet business needs.
* Apply service-specific tools and procedures.
* Identify and implement SAP enhancements to improve operations.
* Analyse root causes and resolve recurring issues.
* Maintain SAP documentation and knowledge base.
* Prepare detailed technical specifications.
* Collaborate on cross-module configuration and perform thorough testing.
* Willing to travel when required.
* Work within agile methodologies.
* Share expertise and support global knowledge transfer.
Experience
* Must have commercial experience in ABAP programming.
* Solid knowledge of SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, CO) and ABAP integration.
* Experience with Fiori, Fiori Elements and S/4HANA.
* Skilled in OData services, SAP Fiori/UI5 integration; RAP is a plus.
* Experience with on/offshore teams.
* Culturally adaptable with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
