YOUR ROLE
* Help teams organize themselves and work together
* Oversee sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives
* Resolve conflicts and impediments that could hinder the team's progress
* Facilitate daily stand-ups and other meetings, and ensure clear communication across teams
* Mentor team members and other Scrum Masters
* Advocate for agile methodologies and best practices
* Track and report on team progress, challenges, and changes
YOUR PROFILE
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline
* Experience with project management and the Agile system
* Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and/or similar tools
