/liliIdentify and qualify new business opportunities, with a strong focus on long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
/liliAct as the primary liaison between clients and internal engineering, production, and project management teams.
/liliDevelop strategic account plans aligned with client roadmaps and internal growth targets.
/liliMonitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
/liliEnsure strong customer engagement through regular site visits, technical consultations, and high-level presentations.
/liliPerfect Network in the sector /li /ulpbr/ppstrongCandidate Profile: /strong /pullistrong10+ years of experience /strong as a Key Account Manager / Business development in the strongplastic injection molding and Medical CMO industry /strong, /liliDemonstrated success in securing strong€5-10M+ in annual project revenues /strong.
/liliStrong existing strongnetwork and relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers /strong in the medica sector.
/lilistrongFluent in English /strong; strongGerman and Portuguese /strong are highly desirable.
/liliWillingness to strongtravel internationally 40%+ /strong to meet with customers and attend industry events.
/liliSolid strongtechnical understanding /strong of high-precision injection tooling, molding and assembly and customer requirements.
/liliSkilled in strongCRM tools /strong, sales reporting, and forecasting.
/liliA strongcollaborative team player /strong who thrives in cross-functional environments and is strongdriven by results /strong.
