About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our client's team on a fixed-term basis. This role will support a major organizational transition, ensuring compliance, clarity, and empathy throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and review documentation related to organizational changes in line with Portugal labor law and company policies.
* Brief and coach managers on process, communication, and best practices.
* Support sensitive employee conversations with professionalism and discretion.
* Maintain accurate records and reporting for compliance purposes.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to safeguard a positive employee experience during change.
What do you need to succeed?
* Strong knowledge of Portugal labor law and HR compliance requirements.
* Knowledge of other countries' labor law is highly desirable.
* Proven experience in managing organizational change or redundancy processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
* High level of discretion and integrity.
* Language: English (mandatory), Portugal (preferred).
