Senior Technical Program Manager

In the beginning of the year, OLX created a Senior Technical Program Management discipline to manage the portfolio of programs across all its business units and provide global visibility to leadership. This team will provide hands-on program management when product delivery and integration span organizational boundaries. Additionally, this team owns and leads programs with global scope for compliance, security or operations that transcend any single business unit.
* Lead large-scale cross-functional programs through design, development and market launch across all European classified products.
* Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to ensure work is aligned with strategic priorities.
* Prioritize programs, develop deliverables schedules, track external dependencies and commitments, manage stakeholders.
* Manage programs to success, determining and mitigating risks, assessing and communicating status, providing visibility.
The role can be hired in Poland or Portugal and worked remotely.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role you need:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
* 5+ years in software program management, including managing significant cross functional projects in mid-size or large companies using industry standard methodologies.
* Experience operating at scale, e.g., with teams and products around the world in fast growing consumer markets.
* Experience working directly with executive teams.
* High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
* Background in developing and/or applying a governance framework for decision making.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
