What will you do?
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
Support the design of Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives
Participate in workshops, alignment meetings, and validation sessions with stakeholders
Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood
Support functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes
Assist in post-implementation follow-up to ensure solution adoption and effectiveness
What do you need?
3–4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in Salesforce projects
Solid functional knowledge of the Salesforce platform
Experience working in project environments and interacting with stakeholders
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience documenting business and functional requirements
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Nice to Have
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem tools and modules
Experience supporting UAT processes and functional validation
