Implementation Engineer
You will play a key role in delivering timely and organized services to our customers.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver timely and organized services for customers, ensuring they see the full value from their investment.
* Gather business and technical requirements, use cases, and other information required to build, migrate, and deliver a solution on behalf of the customer.
* Implement changes on behalf of the customer in the environment following the customer's change management process.
* Troubleshoot implementation issues, collaborating with Customer Support, Engineering, and other teams to assist technical escalations.
Qualifications and Experience:
You should have 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing position as a Customer Engineer, Security Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Onboarding Engineer, Consultant, Technical Support Engineer, Solutions Architect, and/or Systems Engineer.
Technical Requirements:
You should have knowledge of OSI layers and protocols such as TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP.
Desirable Skills:
Demonstrated experience with a scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash) and a desire to expand those skills.
Security Experience:
Experience with security aspects of internet properties (DNS, WAFs, Bot Management, Rate Limiting, (M)TLS and certificates).
Performance Experience:
Awareness of performance aspects (Speed, Latency, Caching, HTTP/3, TLSv1.3).
Infrastructure Experience:
Working experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform. Strong experience with APIs.
Soft Skills:
You should have the ability to manage a project, work to deadlines, prioritize between competing demands, and manage uncertainty.
Language:
The working language is English; fluency in a second regional European language is an advantage.
