About the Job
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and maintain corporate servers, network infrastructure, and desktop systems.
* Manage and monitor the corporate computing environment, including Active Directory Service, Network routers, switches, security appliances, wireless access points, Office 365 setup and administration, Intune (MDM), User account administration, Data integrity and backup, E-mail and content filtering systems, Windows, Apple, and Linux servers and desktops, mobile devices, and game consoles, IT asset inventory
* Oversee the Office 365 environment, encompassing Office, Exchange, SharePoint, and Skype for Business.
* Apply expertise in network routing and redundancy principles and practices within a multilayer network.
* Configure and troubleshoot IPSec site-to-site VPN tunnels using Fortinet FortiGate.
* Maintain compliance with Information Security controls by implementing and adhering to security protocols.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field; equivalent experience will be considered.
* A minimum of five years of experience in QA, Technical Support, or Contact Center environments, with expertise in Active Directory and Office 365.
* Proficiency in Windows server administration, including configuring and managing federated Active Directory, Azure, DNS, DHCP, IIS, FTP, and PKI.
* Hands-on experience with Cisco network switches, security appliances, and network infrastructure; CCNA or MCSE certifications are preferred.
* Experience in configuring and managing Fortinet firewalls.
* Familiarity with Windows, VMware, Mac, and Linux server environments.
* A strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, including structured cabling, patching, and Cisco configuration.
* Familiarity with ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS standards, with experience supporting compliance processes.
