MAN Truck & Bus, a leading European commercial vehicle manufacturer and part of the TRATON Group, is launching a new Global Business Services (GBS) organization structured around three core pillars: Operations, Global Process Ownership, and Strategy & Performance Management.
Your role
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful setup and expansion of our GBS operations in Lisbon. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, lead transition-related activities, manage timelines and risks, and ensure that new processes, systems, and services move smoothly into the GBS.

Your responsibilities
Project Management:
* Plan and manage transition projects, ensuring timelines, resources and deliverables are on track
* Identify risks early and define actionable mitigation plans
* Align with functional leaders to align project goals with broader business objectives
Transition & Change Management:
* Deliver end-to-end transitions of processes, systems, and teams into the GBS
* Support teams through change, promoting a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement
* Collaborate with global PMO to apply best practices and ensure consistency
Project Reporting & Documentation:
* Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and key decisions to leadership and stakeholders
* Keep project documentation up to date and ensure transparent communication
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Serve as a key contact between headquarters and GBS centers
* Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams
Training & Onboarding:
* Partner with HR and functional teams to design and deliver training programs
* Support the creation of onboarding materials and documentation
Your profile
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related field
* Fluency in English and German (mandatory); Portuguese is a plus
* Basic SAP knowledge (preferred)
* Experience in Project Management, Shared Services, Consulting, or industrial environments is beneficial (internships and academic projects also considered)
* Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with international and senior stakeholders
* Willingness to travel for transition-related activities
