Palex Portugal, a leading company in the management and distribution of innovative hospital and research solutions, is recruiting a Field Services Engineerfor Coimbra/Oporto South area (preferably).
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide instrument service and support mostly in Monitor/Defibrillators, and Respiratory Ventilators equipments;
- Installation, preventive maintenance interventions, equipment failure diagnostics and repair, interventions quotations, initial operator training and security modification and upgrade;
- Manage workflow, client interfacing and company requirements and procedures providing the best customer experience, and proper incident reporting.
- Escalate support needs to manufacturers;
- Answer to client requests – Providing part number, quotations, and other technical support;
- Work together with the BackOffice and the Key Account Managers.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Graduated in electronics or equivalent.
- At least 2 years' experience as a technician in a similar role.
- Experience in monitoring /defibrillators systems, and Respiratory Ventilators equipments;
- Technical assistance in life support systems.
- Build cooperative relationships and work team.
- Languages: Portuguese and English, Spanish will be valued.
