The Role This role exists within the Shared Platforms area of Flutter technology and will lead a team that currently focuses on key platforms for Flutter Functions:The Global Betting Platform (gbp) is Flutter's flagship proprietary sports betting platform and is being used by multiple Brands across the Group to power delivery of new Sports betting features at paceCross Product Promotions (CPP) is an in-house built generosity platform designed to deliver Targeted, Real-Time and Intuitive promotional experiences for multiple divisionsOther existing and future Shared platforms that are integral to FlutterWorking in the Shared Platforms team, the role exists at Flutter Functions. The Inner Source Lead will be part of the team accountable for shaping, enabling, and driving high quality shared platforms, cross-divisionally, so that our brands can benefit from the global scale of the Flutter Group.Reporting to the Senior Manager - Inner Source, Data and Insights, you will be responsible for leading a team of Inner Source Change Managers. The team will be accountable for divisional alignment across multiple areas, facilitating and governing the use of Inner Source. They will also champion knowledge sharing across the Flutter group. You will also help drive and execute on numerous other areas such as communication strategy and Architecture.What You'll Be DoingLead a team of Inner Source Change Managers. Define strategy, benefits, requirements, success metrics and roadmap for that area.Recruit and lead a team of Inner Source Change specialists to deliver the strategy, ensuring clear outcomes are set and achieved.Build relationships with key divisional stakeholders from across our Commercial, Product and Technology teams, ensuring that the Inner Source process assists in supporting those brands' currently using Shared Platforms to achieve their strategic objectives.Foster an organisational culture that embraces and thrives on change.Drive a culture of continuous improvement.Attract the best talent into the team and ensure that this talent is continually developed.Simplify complex issues/risks/plans to effectively communicate (both written and verbally) with divisions.Resolve and/or escalates problems in a timely fashion.What You'll Bring3+ years' experience from related roles within a large, fast moving online digital business, and will have experience of managing teams.Excellent technical knowledge with at least 3 years' experience of software delivery.You will be able to influence teams and key stakeholders with your knowledge and experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).Strong knowledge of sports betting products and the platforms that they are built on.A result driven person with an action-oriented approach. Pursue work with energy and drive.Strong relationship management skills. Ability to relate to both business and technical specialists.Resilient and assured under pressure and maintains a positive attitude despite adversity.Ability to work through a large set of unknowns and translate them into Product, Process or Technology requirements.Experience within an agile development environment.Experience in setting up and optimising organisational functions is preferential.Ability to understand back end technical architecture at a high level.Experience working in a multi-product environment is desirable.We'd Like You To Master InBuilding Support:Capable of establishing close relationships with our stakeholders, underpinned by trust, integrity and respect.
