Acknowledge and follow up all requests from clients, either for relief at source or reclaim purpose, create and prepare fiscal documentation whenever enhanced offer is in place for such clients and perform the necessary validations on the system and if applicable, communicate it to our custodian network.
Assure that clients receive their payments or reclaim refunds according to the eligible market rules and their instructions
Your Main Activities Are
Validate tax documentation provided by clients according to each market rule
Control and assure correct taxation is applied on income payments
Answer to Account Manager queries related to the activity managed
Process cash reclaim refunds and assure accurate follow up and update of accountancy breaks and movements
Report any risks or errors to line manager identified during daily tasks
Contribute to procedure updates and business improvements
Respect the established service level agreement (SLAs) and deadlines
Create, prepare and sent to Tax Authorities the fiscal documentation if dealing with enhanced offer clients
Profile and Skills to Success
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or other related areas
Advanced (B1-B2) English level required
Proficiency in Ms Office Pack Microsoft Excel
Ability to collaborate / Teamwork
Attention to detail / rigor
Organisational skills
