Your main responsibilities:
* Technically lead the development team in .NET and React projects;
* Actively participate in the definition of architecture and integration of technical solutions;
* Collaborate with the client in gathering and analyzing requirements;
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions, respecting deadlines and development best practices;
* Support planning and task assignment within the team;
* Guarantee effective communication between technical and business stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
* Solid experience in .NETCore development;
* React.js and Typescript;
* Proven experience in leading technical teams;
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset;
* Experience in integration via Webservices / WebAPI;
* Knowledge of SQL Server and SSIS;
* Experience in ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL development;
* Good knowledge of Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Azure;
* Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
* Knowledge or experience in ML/AI applied to software development in .NET (plus)
