TasksConduct user research to understand needs, behaviors and pain points, particularly in logistical processesDevelop innovative design solutions, creating wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applicationsEnsure design solutions integrate with back-end systems, optimizing workflow and operational efficiencyCollaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to ensure feasibility and alignment with project goalsIterate on designs based on user and stakeholder feedback, focusing on optimizing logistical workflowsPlan and conduct usability tests, analyzing results to enhance user experience and logistical efficiencyCreate and maintain detailed design specifications and guidelines to support development and QA teamsQualificationsDegree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field; additional experience or education in logistics is a plusProven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile applications, particularly in logistical contextsDeep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practicesAbility to create holistic design solutions considering both front-end interfaces and back-end processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex logistical requirements into functional designsExcellent communication and collaboration skillHigh attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality design workGood knowledge of EnglishAt Dachser, all people are welcome.
