Founded in 2006 under the mission "To Challenge Complexity", Closer Consulting is a Data Science company specialized in Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence.
We seek a Junior Project Manager willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.
*For this position you need to have residency in Lisbon.
Main Tasks:
* Animate daily meetings and report on progress, blocking points, and delays in planning.
* Help ensure end-to-end responsibility for achieving the IT project’s objectives in line with the commitments made to the Sponsors.
* Assist the team in working autonomously while improving. Participate in resolving issues and overcoming organizational and process obstacles.
* Help organize and facilitate project events and processes (such as PI planning on a quarterly basis).
Technical Skills:
* Experience as a project manager and with agile methodologies - Practice.
* Experience in Agile Software Development frameworks like Jira - Notions.
* NICE TO HAVE: IT profile background: ETL knowledge, database knowledge.
* Autonomous, organized, and delivery-focused with attention to detail.
* Dynamic and proactive, taking initiative to mitigate risk and prevent issues from arising.
* Great communication skills, capable of negotiating with sponsors and reaching agreements.
* Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeframes.
* Good work ethic and high levels of motivation.
